Business and Municipal Litigation and Dispute Resolution
The firm has extensive experience in the litigation of complex business and real estate disputes throughout Florida, in both state and federal courts, and at both the trial and appellate levels. We are highly selective with respect to the litigation we undertake on behalf of clients and limit our caseload to those cases which present unique issues of law, or which would benefit from our experience in having litigated and tried many complex cases involving our core practice areas.
